Everything you need to run a session, in the order you will need it.
A group is the people you play with: your family, your barkada, your club. You only make it once. Everyone you add stays on the roster for next time, along with their level and their record.
Nobody needs an account to play. Type in everyone who is coming, or paste the whole list at once. People without a phone, the titos, the kids, the neighbour who just showed up: add them all as guests. They get matched, scored and ranked exactly like everybody else.
Give each person a level from Newbie to Pro. This is the single most useful thing you can do, because it is what keeps the games even. Half steps are allowed, and you can adjust anyone at any time.
Name it, say how many courts you rented and for how long, and choose how the games are played. The defaults are the normal ones: doubles to 11, win by 2, traditional side-out scoring.
Tap everyone who actually turned up. Latecomers can be added at any point and join the rotation from the next round. When someone goes home, mark them as gone: their games still count, they just stop being scheduled.
Tap Make the next round and the app fills every court at once. It picks whoever has played least and waited longest, evens out the teams by level so a newbie always gets a strong partner, and avoids pairing the same two people over and over.
You see the whole round before anything starts. Tap one player then another to swap them, or hit Reshuffle for a different arrangement. When it looks right, start the round.
A scorer holds a phone at their court and runs the board for that court only. Usually it is whoever is resting that round. On the court card, tap Change next to Scorer and pick them.
A scorer needs an account, because scoring changes other people's results. Ask them to sign in and join the group with your group code once, and after that you can hand them a court any time.
A scorer can run the board, record the result and send the next match onto their court. They cannot reshuffle rounds or rewrite older scores: that stays with the organizer.
The board shows the call in big numbers, which is exactly what you shout before each serve: serving score, receiving score, server number. It also names who is serving and who is receiving, so you never have to guess.
In a hurry? Skip the board entirely and just type the final score.
At the end, finish the session and the app produces the Top 5, the full table, the awards and every game that was played. Tap Copy summary and paste it straight into your group chat.
