KaPickle is a personal, non-commercial app for organising casual pickleball sessions and keeping score. It is provided as is, with no warranty and no guarantee that it will be available or correct.

There is no currency, no betting, no prize handling and no payments anywhere in KaPickle. Scores and rankings have no cash value.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so do not share your password. An organizer can remove anybody from their own group.

When you add someone to a roster you are entering their name into the app. Only add people who are happy for you to do so, and use the name they would use themselves.

Do not abuse the service, try to reach other people's data, or use it to harass anyone. Accounts that do can be disabled.

These terms may change as the app does. Continuing to use it means you accept the current version.
